PumpFlow Pro

Liquid biological treatment for sludge, fats, grease and odour in pump and lift stations.

Key Features

  • High lipase enzyme output for rapid F.O.G. digestion
  • Minimum CFU count of 7 × 10⁹ per ml
  • Colonises the entire pump station rather than treating a single point
  • Proprietary system penetrates, loosens and liquefies heavy grease deposits
  • Frees obstructed floats and extends pump lifespan
  • Reduces electricity consumption, maintenance and sludge haulage cost
  • Keeps downstream sewer lines free-flowing
  • Delivers compounding benefit at the downstream sewer plant
  • Controls pathogens by Competitive Exclusion, mitigating overflow health risk
  • Formulated in liquid form for precise automated dosing

Applications

  • Municipal and private pump stations and lift stations
  • Sewer lines downstream of pump stations
  • Estate, industrial park and shopping centre pump stations
  • Food processing and hospitality sites discharging high F.O.G. loads
  • Sites with recurring grease-driven blockages or overflow history

How to use PumpFlow Pro

Dose PumpFlow Pro automatically into the pump or lift station with the GEARTH Advanced Dosing System. The station’s daily flow sets the maintenance dose.

Shock dose (if required)
0.1% to 1% of total sludge volume
Maintenance dose
1 to 5 L per million litres of daily flow
Minimum CFU count
7 x 10⁹ per ml

About PumpFlow Pro

PumpFlow Pro digests the sludge, fats, oils and grease that build up in pump and lift stations. Its locally cultivated, high-lipase bacteria colonise the whole station and secrete the enzymes that turn this waste into water and carbon dioxide. A separate system penetrates, loosens and liquefies heavy grease deposits to speed up their breakdown. The effect carries on downstream, keeping sewer lines flowing and reducing the load at the sewer plant.

Where PumpFlow Pro is used

Municipal and private pump stations

Grease that obstructs floats, shortens pump life and drives manual sludge removal, digested on site instead.

Estate, industrial park and mall stations

Privately operated lift stations where odour and blockages affect tenants and neighbours.

Food processing and hospitality discharge

Sites discharging high fat, oil and grease loads into the pump station and sewer line.

Sites with a history of overflows

Stations with recurring grease-driven blockages, and the sewer lines downstream of them.

Pack sizes

PumpFlow Pro is supplied in bulk to feed dosing units.

25 L

A single estate or shopping centre pump station.

210 L

Municipal stations and industrial parks with higher daily flow.

1 000 L

Bulk supply for multiple stations or high-flow municipal sites.

PumpFlow Pro: frequently asked questions

How much PumpFlow Pro does a station need?

A maintenance dose of 1 to 5 L per million litres of daily flow, with a shock dose of 0.1% to 1% of total sludge volume if required.

How is it dosed?

Automatically, through the GEARTH Advanced Dosing System, into the affected pump or lift station.

Does it help beyond the pump station?

Yes. The cultures carry on downstream, keeping sewer lines flowing and reducing the load at the sewer plant. Use Sewer BioFlow at the plant for the full path.

Why not just pump out and haul the sludge?

Mechanical cleaning and hauling remove the deposit temporarily and the problem returns. Regular biological dosing digests the grease in place.
