  • Adhesive removal
  • Penetrating oil for loosening bound nuts and bolts
  • Release agent on tar and asphalt truck beds

How to use EcoSolve Pro

Choose the grade for the job. Run grade 100 neat; use grades 70 to 95 for spot and stain work and closed automatic parts washers. We can confirm the grade for a particular surface or soil.

  1. Select the grade: 100 for parts washers, dip baths, penetrating and release-agent duty; 70 to 95 for spot, stain and ink work and closed automatic parts washers.
  2. Test: try a small inconspicuous area first, especially on painted, coated or plastic surfaces.
  3. Apply: by spray, brush, dip bath or parts washer.
  4. Allow penetration: give it time to penetrate and lift the soil before agitating or wiping.
  5. Recover: capture lifted oil with an absorbent such as GEARTH SpillSorb rather than flushing it to drain.

About EcoSolve Pro

EcoSolve Pro takes on the work the water-dilutable grades cannot carry. It is the high-strength end of the EcoSolve range: a naturally derived, biodegradable solvent replacement at grades 70 to 100, with no butyl and no harsh alkalis. Grade 100 runs neat in parts washers and dip baths and has a freezing point of -90 °C, so it suits cold rooms, mines and unheated stores.

Where EcoSolve Pro is used

Parts washers and dip baths

Grade 100 in place of petroleum-derived products in truck and automotive parts washers; grades 70 to 95 in closed automatic parts wash machines.

Spots, stains, ink and adhesives

Ink, oil, grease, paint, tar, chewing gum and asphalt removed, ink cleaned from rollers and presses, and most contact adhesives dissolved.

Penetrating oil and release agent

Sprayed to free seized nuts and bolts, and on tar and asphalt truck beds before loading, in place of diesel.

Cold and underground sites

Mines, cold rooms and unheated stores, where conventional solvents thicken or freeze.

Pack sizes

Parts washers and dip baths run on neat product, so choose by tank volume and turnover.

5 L

Spot and stain work, ink removal, penetrating oil for a workshop.

25 L

Filling a small parts washer or dip bath.
