How to use BioFlow Sewer

Dose Sewer BioFlow to match the plant’s daily flow. It works in any aerobic or facultative anaerobic zone, and best when dosed continuously at the inlet. Rates vary with the load on the plant, so we set them with you.

Liquid can be dosed continuously through the GEARTH Advanced Dosing System, which has battery backup and can be physically secured against theft. The liquid is replaced about once a month.

Powder is dosed manually and includes an additional nutrient pack.

For the whole line, GEARTH PumpFlow Pro treats the pump stations upstream, then the sewer lines to the plant.

Store sealed at ambient temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Wear appropriate PPE when dosing and avoid inhaling powder dust.

How much Sewer BioFlow does a plant need?

For maintenance, 1 to 5 L of liquid concentrate, 100 to 500 ml of super concentrate, or 100 to 500 g of powder per megalitre of daily flow. A shock dose of 0.1% to 1% of total sludge volume can be used if required.

Where should it be dosed?

Into any aerobic or facultative anaerobic zone, ideally continuously at the inlet to the plant.

Which format should I choose?

Liquid and super concentrate suit continuous automated dosing. Powder suits manual dosing and includes a nutrient pack.
