BioFleet

High-foaming water-based vehicle shampoo, diluted 1:150 to 1:250 by soil level.

Key Features

  • Remediates hydrocarbons into water and carbon dioxide
  • Extra high foaming for maximum soil lift with minimal mechanical effort
  • Spares the vehicle top coat from abrasion
  • Leaves a well-drained surface and promotes water sheeting to minimise streaking
  • Leaves a protective shine
  • Water based: no damage to rubber and plastic engine and vehicle components
  • Does not fade vehicle signwriting as solvent cleaners do
  • Corrects C.O.D. water effluent discharge parameters and avoids discharge fines
  • Reduces waste disposal costs
  • Compatible with all types of oil / water cleaning systems
  • Easily applied with buckets, brooms, mops and high-pressure spraying equipment
  • Non-corrosive and formulated with bio-based, low-toxicity ingredients

Applications

  • Buses and coaches
  • Trucks and heavy commercial fleets
  • Trains and rail rolling stock
  • Cars and taxis
  • Motorcycles
  • Mining vehicle fleets
  • Commercial wash bays discharging to a monitored effluent point

How to use BioFleet

Dilute BioFleet between 1:150 and 1:250, depending on how dirty the vehicles are, and apply it with your existing wash-bay equipment.

  1. Dilute: mix 1:150 to 1:250 with water, depending on the soiling.
  2. Apply: apply with a bucket, broom, mop or high-pressure spraying equipment.
  3. Rinse: rinse off. The surface drains well and water sheets off, which minimises streaking.
  4. Speed up remediation: in oil sumps and effluent run-off, dose GEARTH Heavy Duty Degreaser together with BioFleet. It also cleans engines, wheels and undercarriages.

About BioFleet

BioFleet Wash & Wax lifts grease and traffic film from cars, buses, trucks, trains and motorcycles with little mechanical effort, sparing the top coat from abrasion. Its bio-enzymes then digest the hydrocarbon effluent in wash bay sumps and drains, turning waste oil into water and carbon dioxide and helping you meet C.O.D. discharge limits. Vehicles come off the bay well drained, with a protective shine.

Where BioFleet is used

Buses and coaches

Traffic film and grease lifted with minimal scrubbing, without fading signwriting the way solvent cleaners can.

Trucks and heavy commercial fleets

High-foaming shampoo for large vehicles, with the wash water helping to digest oil in the bay's sump.

Trains and mining fleets

Rail rolling stock and mining vehicles, washed with a water-based product that does not damage rubber or plastic components.

Commercial wash bays

Bays discharging to a monitored effluent point, where hydrocarbon run-off drives C.O.D. fines.

Pack sizes

At 1:150 to 1:250, 5 L makes 750 to 1 250 L of wash solution.

5 L

Small fleets, taxi operators and car washes starting out.

25 L

Bus and truck depots washing daily.

210 L

Large fleet depots and commercial wash bays.

1 000 L

Mining fleets, rail operators and multi-depot contracts.
